　　為滿足市場的發展與客戶的需要，公司始終致力于沖頭冷卻器生產工藝的開發研制工作。經過企業多年不斷的研發和資金投入，現已形成多種規格的產品系列。生產的小口壓吹（NNPB）沖頭冷卻器可以滿足客戶對不同壁厚和不同樣式的需求。通過技術改造，沖頭冷卻器內部輪廓沿著外部輪廓平滑移動，提高了沖頭內部冷卻空氣流量性能，改善了高溫作業時的工作性能，大大延長了使用壽命。產品的尺寸精度、同心度、壁厚以及使用壽命均達到同類型產品的國際先進水平。

To meet market development and customer requirements ,the company has be devoted to develop production methods of plunger coolers. Due to continuous research and investment over the years, the company at present has a capacity to manufacture a large quantiy of  different specifications plunger coolers .(NNPB )plunger coolers meet customers requirements for wall thickness and profile. The improved technique allow the internal tip profile to smoothly follow the external tip profile ,improve cooling air flow within the plunger,enhance cooler performance under high–temperature workplaces ,hence protract live-span. (NNPB)Plunger coolers accuracy,concentricity, wall thickness and live-span are second to none.

　　我公司主要生產玻璃模具附件，包括沖頭冷卻器（plunger cooler）、沖頭（Plunger）、悶頭(Baffle)、封氣板(Distributor plate)、吹氣頭(Blowhead) 、漏斗(Funnel) 、NNPB封氣調節板（Diffuser）和套筒(Thimble)等。各類產品均使用CNC數控機床加工，其一致性和尺寸精度均滿足客戶要求。所有產品必須經過在線檢驗和最終檢驗，保證全部合格后才可發貨出廠。

Machine components

The company also manufactures a wide range of components to glass container industry including plunger coolers，plungers，baffles，distributor plates,blowheads，funnels，NNPB diffusers，thimbles and so on. All this are produced to customer specifications on the latest CNC machines,ensuring repetition of accuracy and quality. After all machined components must undergo inline inspection as well as final inspection to ensure quality and consistency, a certificate of conformity is issued with all goods dispatched.
